Note for shipment during Covid-19 pandemic

Please Note that due to the pandemic, many orders may face delays and increased shipment times.

Shipping Time:

• Fast shipment with DHL/Fedex/UPS: It will take around 4-9 working days. Holidays will cause more delay!
• Standard Shipment: It may take 7-15 business days.(If the order don't specified with fast shipment) Holidays will cause more delay!

Tracking Information:

• Tracking Number don't instantly update with available delivery Status, if your tracking entered show that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed. Your order has been shipped out and it is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updating within a few business days
• If the tracking number has been updated but stuck at a location for days, and No ETA provides. Please don't worry, the package is on the airplane to fly to the destination country or the shipping system is late for the update.
